Our Story
Guestories was born from a frustration. Our founder, Sarah, was managing multiple vacation rentals and spending hours answering the same questions: "What's the WiFi password?" "How do I work the TV?" "Where's the best coffee nearby?"
She tried creating PDF welcome guides, but guests rarely read them. She tried printed binders, but they were expensive to update. And when international guests arrived, language barriers made everything more complicated.
So she built Guestories - a platform where hosts could create beautiful, visual welcome guides that automatically translate into any language. Guests could access them instantly on their phones, and hosts could update them anytime.
